Interesting remains of a castle built in 1393. Severely damaged in the civil war. Worth the small entrance fee.

A fantastic family day out! Probably the best English Heritage location around Salisbury! Despite the castle being in ruins, there's still plenty to see and amazing local views from up the tower.
