Great place to visit, and unknown to most college students. If interested in local history, you can go and see archeologists while they work, as well as look at tons of historical artifacts.

Very interesting. If you get there after four they you don't pay to get in. Museum closes at five but the park is open till dusk. Lovely views of the river.

I've had the joy of living just two blocks from the park all of my almost 60 years. Couldn't have picked a better play ground for my children and grandchildren.

Museum is small but the intro film at the gate and theMuseum docents make the place come to life.
